A sound statistical theory without a practical computational implementation is of little use in analyzing the vast amounts of data generated by genomic studies. In order to make our statistical methods readily available we have developed a bioinformatics suite called GENEPLUS.
Enodar has recently completed development of GENEPLUS V.1.2. We have already licensed this technology to following institutions: Cancer Research and Biostatistics, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle Biomedical Research Institute, MetriGenix Inc., and South West Oncology Group. Meanwhile, several other institutions are currently testing GenePlus for possible licenses.
